Phoenix Signature Kitchen is founded by Ng Mun Foong. Its foundation lies in her passion for healthy cooking and doing things different and better for mothers of this generation. Besides being a breastfeeding peer counselor, she has completed a confinement cooking and traditional Chinese herbs course and is certified by the highly acclaimed National University of Kaohsiung, Taiwan where people usually get professionally certified for confinement care and confinement nutrition. She has also been fortunate to learn all the tricks of the trade from her mother who is a sought after confinement nanny in Malaysia and Singapore for more than 30 years. 


We believe in age-old traditional confinement practices which have existed for generations and also new confinement practices which are developing and have proven to be beneficial. What we do is combine old and new traditions and practices to give you the best care and nutrition possible in your recovery process. 


Our team consists of dedicated chefs, TCM practitioners and a nutritionist. We are a group of women and mothers, young and old, and we know what you and your body must be going through after the delivery of your beautiful baby. With our decades of experience in all things related to postpartum care, we know what works and what doesn't.
