I have a special diet and don't eat certain things due to allergies. Can you omit those ingredients when cooking?

We sure can. Just let us know once your order has been made and we'll let our chefs know of your special diet.

Can I make a special request for the menu?

Sure, we understand that food is a personal preference and that's why our dishes are cooked to order. Our past requests include no liver, no kidney, no snow peas, etc. 

Can I have double portion sizes so that my husband can share the same food as me?

Of course you can. Just ask us for the extra costs involved. 

Do you have a vegetarian option?

We are currently working on our vegetarian confinement menu. Please get in touch with us directly if you're interested in this menu.

Is your confinement menu suitable and beneficial if I have just had a miscarriage or a c-section delivery?

Yes, our confinement menu is suitable for mothers whom have had a miscarriage or a c-section delivery. Please let us know when making your booking so that we can adjust your menu with more appropriate ingredients for you.

Do you have packages for more than 28 days?

Yes we do. Please get in touch with us and we'll prepare a quotation for you.

Is delivery free of charge?

If you're located in our coverage area, there is no additional charge for delivery.

Which areas are entitled for free delivery?

Kepong, Sentul, Gombak, Batu Caves, Sungei Buloh, Setiawangsa, Wangsa Maju, Ampang, Pandan Indah, KL City Centre, Bangsar, Brickfields, Mont Kiara, Hartamas, Damansara, TTDI, Taman Desa, OUG, Old Klang Road, Sri Petaling, Cheras, Taman Connaught, Kajang, Bangi, Serdang, Balakong, Seri Kembangan, Puchong, Subang, Sunway, Taipan, Petaling Jaya, Desa Park City, Jinjang, Selayang

What if my area is not listed?

If your area is not listed above, please get in touch with us and we'll let you know if we're able to deliver to your area. Delivery charges may apply.

How many times a day do you deliver?

We deliver your lunch and dinner meals at the same time between 11:30am to 12:30pm everyday. 

What is the ratio of riders to customers?

Our ratio of riders to customers is 1:1. That way, we ensure our food gets to you hot and fresh.

What if my delivery is late?

We try to ensure none of our deliveries are late. Sometimes our delivery team may be a little late as there was a delay in the previous drop-off. That is however no excuse and we apologize for your late delivery. Feel free to reach out to us anytime.

Can I have my meals delivered to a different address on just certain days?

Sure we'd be happy to accommodate your request. Delivery charges may apply if the new address is outside our coverage area.

What containers do you use when delivering the food?

We strictly do not use plastic containers for health reasons. We use thick spill-proof glass containers for our dishes and thermal stainless steel flasks for our herbal soups and red dates drink. Our glass containers are safe for use in food steamers, ovens and microwaves,

PLACING ORDERS


How far in advance do I need to book your services?

We encourage you to confirm your booking with us as soon as you have decided to engage our services. We limit the number of bookings we accept in a month to ensure that there is no compromise in quality for our confirmed bookings.

Can I make a deposit now and pay the remaining balance later?

You can make a RM500 deposit when booking our 28-day package and pay the remaining balance 7 days before we deliver your first order. We will reserve your place when we receive your booking and deposit.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept bank deposits and internet transfers to our company account. Please send all payment receipts to sales@confinementfood.my 

Can I make a booking with delivery to start in a weeks time?

As mentioned, we have a fixed amount of available slots per month. If we do have remaining slots available for the month you require delivery in, we'd be happy and able to fulfill your order.

My package is about to end soon. How do I extend my delivery service?
