Is confinement necessary after miscarriage?

Miscarriage can be as draining on the body as it would be after giving birth. It is crucial that you prioritise your body’s recovery during this period by having nutritious meals that are high in protein and iron. Many women also practice at least 14 days of mini confinement to nurse their bodies back to health.

How long a package should I order?

It depends how far along you were when D&C took place. We have customers on a 7 up to 28-day package though most take our 14-day package to achieve optimal recovery.

What's the difference between confinement & miscarriage package?

Our mini-confinement menu is specially designed with the intend of after miscarriage care. No lactation ingredients is used as promotion of milk supply is unnecessary. No seafood (except fish) is used in our customised menu.
