I took the 21 days package with PSK post hysterectomy surgery and this is one of the best decision made. The food is great and there's soup and nourishing drinks every meal. Portion is big as well. The delivery is done 2 times a day thus the food arrived is fresh. PSK team is also accomodating and helpful. I will really consider to engage them again for daily meal as it is really nourishing and taste great.
