饮食偏好与建议
如果胃口变了，或者医生有特别交代呢？
如果怀孕期间胃口或饮食习惯有变化，其实很正常。下单前告诉我们你的过敏食物、想避开的食材，以及医生或营养师给你的书面建议。可以安排的话，我们会避开相关食材或调整菜色。
孕期餐不使用中药材烹调。
如果医生有特别为你安排妊娠糖尿病的饮食计划，下单前可以先告诉我们。我们的餐食不添加糖，并使用全谷米饭；有需要的话，我们也会适量减少米饭份量，并按照你的饮食计划调整餐食。你可以把饮食计划给我们，我们会陪你一起看看菜单，哪些比较适合，再由你和你的营养师决定。

I ordered their pregnancy meals and was a little worried at first that my wife would be bored with their extended confinement meals. But everything turned out great as there is a variety of dishes and nourishing soups. Portion size was generous as i sometimes am able to share the food with my wife! Food is also kept well until dinner when i am back from work. My wife always says the food is very yummy and looks forward to their meals everyday! I also like the way their menu is pro-breastfeeding in addition to the lactation cookies that helps with my wife's breastfeeding journey and not all the dishes are prepared with lots of ginger or wine. I will highly recommend Phoenix because i know my wife's diet is well taken care of and she just needs to focus on getting enough rest and taking care of our little baby. Great service, healthy meals and we miss the food already! HAHA! Thanks for everything Mun Foong!!
I am having their customized pregnancy meals for more than one month now and I really like the meals especially their slow cooked soups. The portion is big and it's truly nourishing. I can't wait to try their confinement meals after I deliver in April!
I had their food since I was pregnant in my 3rd trimester and continued after I left confinement center. Food was fantastic - delicious, healthy and yet wholesome. I love their soup and dessert very much. Portion is more than enough for 2 person. The team is also very accommodative to my requests. I highly recommend their service!
Great service. For the 7 days, each meal is different. We can choose. Generous portion. Food and drinks even the dessert are tasty! Drinks & soup always hot. Good flask. Delivery person are good as well, and on time. Never late, in fact early. Will subscribe again!

每天有午餐和晚餐，还有下午甜品。餐单不会固定不变，会从不同的鱼、鸡和猪肉菜色中轮换，让 7、14、21 或 28 天的餐食都有变化。上面也可以先看看目前的部分菜色。
可以配合我不想吃的食物或想避开的食材吗？
下单前告诉我们，我们会在可以安排的范围内尽量配合。
如果需要暂停配送怎么办？
提前两天通知，就可以延后配送。
有素食选择吗？
可以。素食餐有独立配套，7、14、21 或 28 天的价格分别为 RM970、RM1,900、RM2,850 和 RM3,688。欢迎 WhatsApp 我们，我们可以和你详细说明。
什么时候、哪里配送？
配送至吉隆坡及巴生谷，每天有两个时段—上午 10:30–下午 1:00，以及下午 3:30–6:00。把配送地址通过 WhatsApp 发给我们，我们会确认你的地址适合一次还是两次配送。
