Phoenix cooks fresh meals for pregnancy, confinement and the weeks beyond it. We prepare them each day and bring them warm to your door across KL and the Klang Valley. We also deliver to hospitals across KL and the Klang Valley, for the days before you go home. Tell us where you are and we will help you find the right programme.

What changes what you need
If birth was by C-section
Recovery after a C-section can bring different practical considerations. These include reduced early mobility, more caution when lifting or sitting up and a slower return to normal eating. If your doctor has given you dietary instructions, follow those first; tell us what you need to avoid and we will work around it wherever we safely can.
Breastfeeding
Getting the food to you
Reduced mobility in the first weeks is common after a caesarean. Tell us when you order — lift access, guard house, whether you can come to the door — and we will pass it to your rider.
Dietary instructions
If your doctor or dietitian has given you dietary instructions, those come first. Send them to us and we will work within them wherever we safely can.
