Extended Confinement · days 29–42
Because postpartum recovery takes more than 28 days
Extended Confinement continues Phoenix's six-stage programme into Stage E and Stage F, with meals and Chinese herbal tonic soups matched to your postpartum day. So your care progresses with you, rather than starting over from week one.
Phoenix Extended Confinement is the continuation of the 28-day Confinement Meals programme for postpartum days 29–42, covering Stage E (Strengthen & Stabilise) and Stage F (Restore & Reshape). It can be booked independently or as a continuation of an existing Phoenix order. Programmes run 7, 14, 21 or 28 days; a 7-day booking follows Stage E or F depending on your postpartum day.
Six stages · seven days each
The soup follows the day, not the order.
The first four stages belong to the 28-day programme. Extended Confinement carries the sequence into the fifth and sixth weeks. The soup follows the postpartum day; it does not return to Stage A because a new order begins.

In her own words
Customers who continued past the first month.
I ordered the 14-day extended confinement meal and had a great experience overall. The meals were warm, nutritious, and well-balanced, with good variety so it didn't feel repetitive. The soups were especially comforting and suitable for postpartum recovery. Delivery was punctual and packaging was convenient, which made things much easier while caring for a newborn. Overall, a reliable and helpful service. Highly recommended!
Chose Phoenix Signature for my extended confinement food for 2 weeks and it was one of the best decision made. They responded very promptly to all my enquiries and even accommodated some of my requests, also allowing us to choose from a vast menu so there's no repeat in the food. Definitely was a much needed nourishment during the transition back from confinement centre.
I ordered the 14-day extended confinement package. What I look forward to most is their nourishing soup and herbal soup! There are too many options on the menu, and it's a bit difficult to choose. I want to eat all of them. Their food portion huge and delicious. Highly recommended PSK
