Ba Zhen Soup (八珍汤) is a traditional eight-ingredient tonic soup, long taken after menstruation in Chinese households. It's the soup this package is built around, cooked fresh. Each meal comes with Ba Zhen Soup; if you're having two meals in a day, one comes with Ba Zhen Soup and the other with a nourishing soup.
