I found Phoenix Signature Kitchen when I was surveying for my confinement. I signed up for the 28 day package after comparing a few companies and I'm grateful that I've made the right choice. There is wide range of food variety with good quality ingredients. The food comes in glass containers, beautifully displayed and tastes delicious. The portion is big and the food is suitable for breastfeeding with no excessive ginger and rice wine. And they are adaptive to my requests as I don't eat certain food. The lactation cookies and herbal tea are delicious as well! Besides, the delivery service is very good and help to carry till doorstep. Taking this package allows me to do confinement with only help from my husband and it saves us the trouble of buying ingredients, time to prepare, cook and massive clean up from oily traditional confinement cooking. I can imagine I would have to keep eating the similar flavour of excessive ginger and rice wine if I took the traditional confinement lady. And I save up the cost of hiring confinement lady and having a stranger in my house. I strongly recommend Phoenix Signature Kitchen and I will come back to them for my next pregnancy if the quality maintains.

When I was pregnant I researched a few confinement food delivery companies but Phoenix was the one with the best and most professional website and also had the most good reviews. They were also the most responsive which sealed the deal for me. The food is yummy and 2 different kinds of soup everyday is a dream to soup lover like me. The bags are sealed for food safety reasons and the food comes really warm and nice just in time for lunch, and for dinner just reheat the food and we have a wholesome meal. They also personalise according to your dietary needs and request. There is definitely enough food for 2 so the husbands don't have to worry, there is enough for them too. Mun Foong is really kind and she was very helpful and nice when my baby had long term jaundice. We managed to postpone our food delivery due to his hospitalisation with no issues whatsoever. I also bought some lactation cookies from them and they are just the right amount of sweetness without having to worry about the sugar levels. The cookies come individually packed so I carried a few packs in my bag in case I got peckish when waiting for Dr appointments. Another good thing is no washing! My husband was so happy with this especially ;). I definitely recommend them, so convenient, delicious, and good overall. I am glad I chose Phoenix.

Ordered 7 days extended confinement meal from Phoenix after checking out the reviews on google. Honestly, I love their food more than the one I had in confinement centre at PJ! You can taste the ingredient and time they put in to cooking all the dishes. Phoenix team will send you a link to pick the main dishes beforehand. I highly recommend their black vinegar pork trotter, it’s one the best I ever had. I will definitely missed their nourishing soups, red date tea and desserts. I would like to mentioned that their logistic riders are very kind and caring too. The ‘abangs’ will tell me to wait in the house and don’t try to carry the bags when they come to deliver/exchange bags. I highly recommend Phoenix to my friends and family.

Ordered their 30days confinement meal and I must say, I'm really impressed from A-Z...food was delicious, portion was more than sufficient, food delivery all the way to customer service was more than satisfactory. Lactation cookies worked really well as well in increasing my supply. Mun Foong was also very accommodating as I had certain diet requirements and needed to customize my meal a little. I've tried other confinement meal plans and I must say this is the best by far... Highly recommended for those who are looking for hassle free and delicious confinement meal plan.

Too many nice food to recommend from Phoenix Signature kitchen. My favorite is their hakka Abacus and all their steam, fried, teriyaki, etc fish dishes. Also their turmeric chicken.. And many more. Only manage to take one or few pictures of the food. Being a mom with a newborn sure is super busy, luckily I have ordered their trial( I too ordered another company’s and decided to go with PSK) because for me, since I'm gonna do confinement at home, feed my newborn, sleep deprived etc..I think I deserve delicious food rather than very blend taste food or hassle to ask family to cook/tarpau. True enough, from day 1 until now it's my 18th day with psk, everyday after feeding my newborn, I'm looking forward for my food to come. That's how satisfied I am with their confinement meal. And also kudos to PSK team, they are a group of very responsive, patience and dedication team. Being in f&b service line is not easy, they deserve a solid 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from menu-attending each client’s needs. When I feel super hearty during my 7th or 8th day, they gave me an option to change my ginger tea to toasted black bean tea, and I couldn't be more thankful for their flexibility.

My hubby found this confinement food for me and it’s really amazing. I had ordered from another confinement food delivery for my first 2 weeks and felt bored on the 3rd day as the taste was always the same (Chinese wine & ginger). Totally changed my perception after having food from Phoenix Signature Kitchen. The food that they prepared is clean, not oily, wholesome and flavourful. The herbal soup was delicious and big portion for breastfeeding mummy to increase ur breastmilk. They also served 2L of red dates water on daily basis. In terms of service, they were responsive on WhatsApp and always delivered the food before 12. Strongly recommend to all the mummies and I miss their food already!

I think this was one of the best decision I made for my confinement. was supposed to signed up for another caterer but last minute googled and came across this. what attracted me were: 1. the package included dessert 2. two times delivery /day (was lucky my area was near so they can do two times delivery per day) 3. came with so many freebies. 4. with all the above their pricing were on par with other caterers. and yeah having tried this, would strongly recommend anyone who needs confinement meal deliveries - the food are superb (I looked forward receiving the parcel daily and wonders what will the desert of the day be) and the portion was big for two pax consumption. Allison and mun foong were very helpful and accommodating as well. due to neonatal jaundice I had to withhold herbs for some time and they accommodated this and prepared other delicious soup for me instead. If you're looking for confinement food delivery after delivering your baby, I would 100% recommend phoenix signature kitchen (have tried having confinement lady at home and another delivery service) Will choose Phoenix again if given a choice. Food is nutritious, delicious and fresh. Portions are generous, hubby and kids are more than happy to finish the food when it's too much for me! In fact my favourite part of confinement is the food 😂

I am extremely happy with the service from Phoenix Signature Kitchen. I ordered 7days meals, during that 7 days I still need to attend to customers. Phoenix Signature Kitchen has provided high flexibility of arranging the delivery. Is really thoughtful service, I could take care of my meals without compromising my busy appointment. The taste of the dishes is very good, I had my confinement in one of the confinement center before, I think Phoenix Signature Kitchen is even better than them! PSK has variety of food to choose for everyday main course is the main reason my husband and I choose PSK over other confinement food delivery. I have ordered Phoenix’s Extended Confinement Meal package for 28 days after I returned from my confinement centre. Recovery was slow as I faced some breastfeeding challenges & baby also had jaundice & skin condition that needed treatment. I found out about Phoenix through a friend who also engaged them for her confinement & she gave a glowing review of their food & services! So, I did not hesitate to engage Phoenix and I am very grateful for Phoenix’s amazing service, food, soup & drinks to help me further recover as well as support me tremendously I have to care for baby on my own at home in my first pregnancy journey. I have not gotten the chance to take pictures of my food as I am always rushing to tend to my baby’s needs or rushing to eat when I can 😅, but I am very glad to have engaged Phoenix as I have a generous & delicious portion of food delivered to my home fresh for lunch & dinner and I do not have to worry about my food. I am better healed now! The lactation cookies 🍪 & brownies sent to me were delicious too and I thoroughly enjoyed them, I usually eat them for breakfast with milk & nibble on them through the day. Ordered 7 days confinement meal. Impressive service and food quality! Able to select main dish ourselves, delivery always on time and very efficient in response. Food tastes really good and don’t feel thirsty after eating. Love the herbal soups lots of ingredients and taste great. Enjoyed the desserts too. Proper warmer delivery bags and flasks keep the food warm and soups hot upon receiving. They even have a plastic seal for the bags to ensure food not tampered with. Thx for the service. Great thank to phoenix kitchen, who everyday deliver yummy confinement foods to me. It have make my postpartum recovery easier. They provide 2 times delivery to my area (semarak) without extra charges. They even managed to deliver to hospital in short notice period, really appreciated. All the dishes were delicious- not overly salty or oily, except for some dishes with fried chicken. Glad they can personalised no ginger meal. Each meal came with soup, meat, veg, rice/ noodle, warm drink (red date/black bean drink) and tong sui for lunch. They tong sui is great 👍 And their thermos containers are amazing- the food is piping hot even if I don't get to it immediately. Portion wise, they are very generous, almost 2 person meals if small eater. Customer service was great- very responsive and polite, especially yee. Their packages also the cheaperst compare to others.

Delicious confinement food with generous portions. Herbal drink and soup served in Thermos , hot till evening. Variety in daily menu, keeps it fresh and not boring. Prompt reply and great customer service/follow up. Peace of mind if you're doing your confinement at home. (I only took 7 day package when came home as was staying at confinement centre previously) . Love my 7-days extended confinement meal from PSK especially the vinegar pork trotter & turmeric chicken / pork ribs. Aside from the generous portion, the food tastes very good. Plus point on PSK, we don’t need to wash the food containers and the delivery person exchanges the bag every meal (2 deliveries a day for freshness). I ended up extending another 7-days package because it’s so convenient for a rookie mother who is so occupied handling my newborn. Ordered the extended confinement meal. There are 6 main dishes to choose from daily, each meal comes with rice, vege, main dish, soup, red dates / black bean / ginger rice tea and tong sui (lunch only). Food was good, portion was huge 😅. What i loved was the usage of glassware and thermos to deliver the food 👍👍 zero waste 👍 Another good thing was that we didn't have to wash up which saves us time as we had to tend to the newborn. I ordered their extended confinement meal. Their main menu has a variety of well balanced nutritious meals that are tasty to consume too. You get to pick and plan your meal with a variety of both traditional and fusion dishes. Food portion is big, enough to share for 2! I enjoyed and look forward to meal time daily. Thanks for providing yummy and nutritious food. I also love their effort to be eco-friendly. Each meal is send in a reusable thermal bag, with food kept in ceramic/microwaveable containers. Soups and red dates/ rice tea are packed in thermal flask which are still warm when they arrive. And most importantly you don’t need to clean the containers, can leave the washing to them! Customer service team is friendly and flexible. Food delivery is on time. I will miss the convenience of daily catered meals and all these yummy dishes by Phoenix Signature Kitchen.

I tried Phoenix Signature Kitchen’s confinement food package :) being an expat in KL and not knowing my ways around the confinement culture here in Malaysia, everything was super stress free and smooth. I would have 2 meals per day with dates water and ginger water in the evenings, all the soups and meals for was super healthy and nutritious. There were days when I had other plans and couldn’t be at home for my bag swaps (meal pickups) but Allison and Mun arranged things smoothly for me and the delivery staff :) thank you so much for making things easier for me when I needed it the most.

I ordered the 28 confinement food package and loved everyday of my order, it was also very exciting. Yes, Indians can have Chinese confinement food too 😂 Grew up loving all the Chinese herbs and the cuisine so made up my mind years ago that I’ll be having Chinese confinement food when it’s my turn. Phoenix’s food all tasted super and the portions were so generous- definitely worth the price, and receiving my orders from the super kind delivery guys were the highlight of my day. Their Milk Mama freebies cookies are so yummy that I ordered 2 more packets of my favourite flavour (altough I usually don’t care for biscuits). The icing on the cake was that they are EXTREMELY accommodating to your requests. I had to ask them to skip dishes with ginger for me, or exclude ginger in some dishes for a while as my baby had jaundice after a few days of starting my meal package, and they were so kind to accommodate. Then I could go back to ginger and they helped me switch. Within a few days I asked to stop ginger again since my baby had very bad gas issues and guiltily asked them, and they kindly helped accommodate as well. Truly have no words to describe how thankful to this team I am for 28 days of wonderful food and helping me not worry about my dietary requirements during this confinement period. Good healthy delicious nutritious balanced diet food, drinks, and soup! Using glass containers/thermos flask. No flavorings/MSG. Just what we need for confinement. Able to modify menu according to my/baby's needs (eg. baby jaundice). Good customer service. Portion is not enough for me tho. Lol! Healthy and delicious lactation cookies! Love their daily dessert too! Highly recommended!

Food is tasty and homely, I love the herbal soups, dessert and red date teas. Food served are perfectly balanced in terms of flavour, less oily and salty. Not forgetting the big portion too 😃 The texture of the brown rice is a bit hard for me, but Mun Foong said they can cook separately for me. Keep up the good work!

For me, the food is like home cooked & portion is quite big, can be shared by 2 persons. I am given different options to choose 2 main dishes (meats) daily, I wanna give thumbs up especially Black vinegar Pork Trotter. I love the variety herbal soups and both red dates / barley ginger drinks, as well as good delivery arrangements.

I just completed 28 days of extended confinement meals. Overall, I’m happy with the food and services provided. Things I like about their meals: Can select preferred main dishes (Traditional/modern , with or without ginger/herbs, fish/chicken/pork, rice/noodle on certain days), generous portions, packed in reheatable ceramic containers (instead of plastic!). Taste wise, dishes are prepared with less salt to suit postpartum recovery. The 猪脚醋， 肉骨茶，and 三杯鸡 are my fav. Other than that, there are extra treats on certain days (ie. Valentine’s Day and CNY) which is unexpected but thoughtful. Thanks to the nutritious meals that are delivered on time, I could focus on taking care of baby after coming from confinement center. I’ll definitely be recommending PSK to friends and family!

The entire process of ordering and collection each day was smooth and seamless. I really enjoyed the pork trotter and appreciate that most of their meals are huge in portion. Almost every meal there's extra enough for my partner to also eat if he wants. Mun Foong and Allison was very easy going and helpful in the entire process. My baby had jaundiced so I had to remove ginger and herbs and it was done within the next day. Overall it's a positive experience and I'm glad I ordered with Phoenix Kitchen :)

From the beginning to the end, the food and service from the team have been excellent. I never thought confinement food could be this tasty and with the variety provided, my mealtimes became something I really looked forward to. The portions are also most generous - enough for 2 and even 3 people! - with no compromise on quality. To top it off, Mun Foong and Allison attended to my every need and were quick to switch delivery locations when I had to move from one place to another. Truly, this is food and service from the heart.

I would highly recommend Phoenix Kitchen for their nutritious and high quality confinement meals. Food provided was tasty and delivered fresh twice a day for lunch and dinner respectively, hence there is no hassle of needing to reheat food. The quantity was also good as soup and 1 litre herbal drink is provided along with meat, vege and rice for each meal. Dessert was also provided for lunch. On top of it all, I loved the ease and convenience as need not wash up the dishes, the provider will manage it for you. A nice selection of meal option is also provided so that you can choose your preferred meals daily. There are six main dishes to choose on the weekly menu, the foods are quality and delicious and come in big portion too. Also, the foods packed nicely in glass container and drink in thermos flask to ensure it is in warm. Delivery is on time. Renee and Mun Foong are really friendly and accommodated to every request. Definitely recommended if you are looking for confinement food and healthy meal delivery to your doorstep!! 😊 Keep it up Team!

I just ended my 28 days CFM in CFM center, I decided to order another 21 days extended CFM meal from phoenix! This is my 2nd time ordered from them, I must say that their food and soup is still as good as previous, even better! Their delivering time so far it’s on time and I really like their service of splitting two times for lunch and dinner, which I definitely prefer a fresher dinner. Highly recommend for my friends and families if they are looking for high quality and good pricing CFM meal.

Big big recommendation for PSK for any mamas that are looking for confinement food. Had the 28days post confinement meal as I was having trouble juggling between taking care of baby and thinking what to cook after confinement lady left. I totally enjoyed every single meal and all the variety that we can choose from every week. I look forward to the menu every week to select my meals. MunFong & team have also been very helpful throughout the whole process! Highly recommend to try their MilkMama Lactation cookoes too. It helped so much with my milk production and best of all.... it's so yummy and not sweet. Even my non-breastfeeding friends love the cookies.

I have ordered 14 days extended confinement meal with Phoenix Signature Kitchen. I would say that the foods they cooked is really nice, adequate portion and is still warm when I received everyday. I love their vinegar pork trotter the most. Besides that, the operation team is so helpful and very responsive. I would recommend PSK. 👍

Choose my extended 14days meals. Price reasonable and affordable.the great thing is you have and can choose the daily meal based on their provide daily menu. They even have free the lactation cookies. And its taste great..love their “vinegar pork” and “hakka yellow wine chicken” which these were my both favorite🤭 beside of this, they also provide beside of confinement meals

I would strongly suggest to pick them. Why? They have 4/5 options for you to pick your favourite cuisine. And complete set with dessert and soup. Food soup arrives in hot condition. Ordered 28 days confinement food after leaving confinement centre. Love their Black Vinegar Pork Trotters and rice wine chicken and many more. Very big portion of food and good taste too, not to bland or heavy. The complimentary lactation cookies are very addictive, my favourite snack every time after breastfeeding. Even my kid and husband love it. They also provide pure chicken essense in glass bottle, easy for me to reheat and drink it before sleeping. Thumbs up for Yee and the team, quick response and attentive to special request.

Initially signed up for the7days package, then extended to the28days package as I was really happy with the food and service. Food is delicious with generous portion of the side dishes and soup (can be shared by 2 adults), and the doorstep delivery makes it so convenient when you have your hands full with a newborn;) The red date longan tea is a comforting compliment to the main dishes and the chewy lactation cookies are a great snack too! Would recommend this to any new parents out there looking for confinement food delivery service👍🏻
